Everything you need to know about managing your Supern8n account, payments, and purchases.

Account Management

Creating an Account

To purchase and download workflows from Supern8n:

  1. Click Sign Up in the top navigation
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email (check your inbox for verification link)
  4. Complete your profile information

Free workflows can be downloaded immediately after creating an account.

Logging In

  1. Click Log In in the top navigation
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

You'll remain logged in for 30 days unless you log out.

Forgot Password

To reset your password:

  1. Click Log In then Forgot Password
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for the reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

Tip: Password reset links expire after 24 hours.

Updating Your Profile

To change your account information:

  1. Click your profile icon (top right)
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Update your information:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Communication preferences
  4. Click Save Changes

Email Verification

If you need to resend your verification email:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click Resend Verification Email
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
  4. Click the verification link

Verified accounts get priority support and exclusive offers.

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Scroll to Delete Account
  3. Read the warning carefully
  4. Confirm deletion

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All purchase history and download access will be lost.

Billing & Payments

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards - All major debit cards
  • Digital Wallets - Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.

Note: We never store your full credit card details. All payment information is securely handled by Stripe.

Making a Purchase

  1. Browse our workflow catalog
  2. Add to cart or click Purchase & Download
  3. Log in or create an account
  4. Review your order
  5. Enter payment details
  6. Complete purchase
  7. Download your workflows immediately

Purchase History

To view your purchase history:

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Select Purchase History
  3. View all your orders with:
    • Order date and time
    • Items purchased
    • Amount paid
    • Transaction ID
    • Download links

Invoices & Receipts

Receipts are automatically sent to your email after each purchase. To access invoices:

  1. Go to Purchase History
  2. Find the order
  3. Click View Invoice or Download Receipt

For tax purposes, invoices include:

  • Your billing information
  • Itemized purchase details
  • Payment method
  • Transaction ID
  • VAT/Tax information (if applicable)

Payment Issues

Payment Declined

If your payment is declined:

  1. Verify card details - Check card number, expiry, CVV
  2. Check available balance - Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Try a different card - Use an alternative payment method
  4. Contact your bank - They may have flagged the transaction
  5. Try again - Sometimes temporary issues resolve quickly

Didn't Receive Confirmation

If you completed payment but didn't receive confirmation:

  1. Check spam/junk folder - Sometimes emails get filtered
  2. Check Purchase History - Order may have succeeded
  3. Check your bank - Verify if payment was processed
  4. Wait 10 minutes - Processing can take a few minutes
  5. Contact support - We'll investigate and help

Duplicate Charges

If you see duplicate charges:

  1. Check if both are actual charges - One may be a pre-authorization
  2. Wait 72 hours - Pre-authorizations usually drop off
  3. Contact support - If charges remain, we'll issue a refund

Refunds & Returns

Our Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases.

Eligible for Refund

  • ✅ Workflow doesn't match description
  • ✅ Technical issues we can't resolve
  • ✅ Not compatible with your n8n setup
  • ✅ Doesn't meet your needs

Not Eligible for Refund

  • ❌ Free workflows (already free)
  • ❌ More than 30 days after purchase
  • ❌ Extensively customized workflows
  • ❌ Change of mind after 30 days

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support - hello@supern8n.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Workflow name
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Wait for response - Usually within 24 hours
  4. Refund processed - Within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Refund Process

  1. Request received - We review your case
  2. Approval - If eligible, refund is approved
  3. Processing - Refund issued to your original payment method
  4. Confirmation - You receive an email confirmation
  5. Account updated - Download access is removed

Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Individual Workflows

  • Free Workflows - $0 (always free)
  • Premium Workflows - $9-$49 (varies by complexity)
  • Enterprise Workflows - $99+ (advanced automations)

Bundles

Bundle pricing offers significant savings compared to buying workflows individually:

  • Starter Bundles - 3-5 workflows, save 20-30%
  • Professional Bundles - 6-10 workflows, save 35-45%
  • Enterprise Bundles - 10+ workflows, save 45-60%

Volume Discounts

For teams and organizations:

  • 3-5 licenses - 10% discount
  • 6-10 licenses - 20% discount
  • 11-25 licenses - 30% discount
  • 26+ licenses - Custom pricing

Subscription Plans

Currently, Supern8n operates on a pay-per-workflow model. We don't offer subscriptions.

However, we're working on:

  • Pro Membership - Monthly access to all workflows
  • Team Plans - Shared workflow libraries

Single User License

Each purchase includes a single user license:

  • ✅ Use workflows on multiple n8n instances you own

  • ❌ Cannot resell or redistribute workflows

Team Licenses

For team usage, purchase a team license:

  2. Specify number of team members
  3. Receive volume discount pricing
  4. Get centralized billing

  • Use workflows only as licensed
  • Not share or redistribute workflows
  • Not reverse-engineer for competitive purposes
