Everything you need to know about managing your Supern8n account, payments, and purchases.
Account Management
Creating an Account
To purchase and download workflows from Supern8n:
- Click Sign Up in the top navigation
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email (check your inbox for verification link)
- Complete your profile information
Free workflows can be downloaded immediately after creating an account.
Logging In
- Click Log In in the top navigation
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
You'll remain logged in for 30 days unless you log out.
Forgot Password
To reset your password:
- Click Log In then Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Tip: Password reset links expire after 24 hours.
Updating Your Profile
To change your account information:
- Click your profile icon (top right)
- Select Account Settings
- Update your information:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
- Communication preferences
- Click Save Changes
Email Verification
If you need to resend your verification email:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Resend Verification Email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Click the verification link
Verified accounts get priority support and exclusive offers.
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Read the warning carefully
- Confirm deletion
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All purchase history and download access will be lost.
Billing & Payments
Payment Methods
We accept:
- ✅ Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- ✅ Debit Cards - All major debit cards
- ✅ Digital Wallets - Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.
Note: We never store your full credit card details. All payment information is securely handled by Stripe.
Making a Purchase
- Browse our workflow catalog
- Add to cart or click Purchase & Download
- Log in or create an account
- Review your order
- Enter payment details
- Complete purchase
- Download your workflows immediately
Purchase History
To view your purchase history:
- Click your profile icon
- Select Purchase History
- View all your orders with:
- Order date and time
- Items purchased
- Amount paid
- Transaction ID
- Download links
Invoices & Receipts
Receipts are automatically sent to your email after each purchase. To access invoices:
- Go to Purchase History
- Find the order
- Click View Invoice or Download Receipt
For tax purposes, invoices include:
- Your billing information
- Itemized purchase details
- Payment method
- Transaction ID
- VAT/Tax information (if applicable)
Payment Issues
Payment Declined
If your payment is declined:
- Verify card details - Check card number, expiry, CVV
- Check available balance - Ensure sufficient funds
- Try a different card - Use an alternative payment method
- Contact your bank - They may have flagged the transaction
- Try again - Sometimes temporary issues resolve quickly
Didn't Receive Confirmation
If you completed payment but didn't receive confirmation:
- Check spam/junk folder - Sometimes emails get filtered
- Check Purchase History - Order may have succeeded
- Check your bank - Verify if payment was processed
- Wait 10 minutes - Processing can take a few minutes
- Contact support - We'll investigate and help
Duplicate Charges
If you see duplicate charges:
- Check if both are actual charges - One may be a pre-authorization
- Wait 72 hours - Pre-authorizations usually drop off
- Contact support - If charges remain, we'll issue a refund
Refunds & Returns
Our Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases.
Eligible for Refund
- ✅ Workflow doesn't match description
- ✅ Technical issues we can't resolve
- ✅ Not compatible with your n8n setup
- ✅ Doesn't meet your needs
Not Eligible for Refund
- ❌ Free workflows (already free)
- ❌ More than 30 days after purchase
- ❌ Extensively customized workflows
- ❌ Change of mind after 30 days
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact support - hello@supern8n.com
- Include:
- Order number or transaction ID
- Workflow name
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for response - Usually within 24 hours
- Refund processed - Within 5-10 business days to original payment method
Refund Process
- Request received - We review your case
- Approval - If eligible, refund is approved
- Processing - Refund issued to your original payment method
- Confirmation - You receive an email confirmation
- Account updated - Download access is removed
Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Individual Workflows
- Free Workflows - $0 (always free)
- Premium Workflows - $9-$49 (varies by complexity)
- Enterprise Workflows - $99+ (advanced automations)
Bundles
Bundle pricing offers significant savings compared to buying workflows individually:
- Starter Bundles - 3-5 workflows, save 20-30%
- Professional Bundles - 6-10 workflows, save 35-45%
- Enterprise Bundles - 10+ workflows, save 45-60%
Volume Discounts
For teams and organizations:
- 3-5 licenses - 10% discount
- 6-10 licenses - 20% discount
- 11-25 licenses - 30% discount
- 26+ licenses - Custom pricing

Subscription Plans
Currently, Supern8n operates on a pay-per-workflow model. We don't offer subscriptions.
However, we're working on:

Single User License
Each purchase includes a single user license:
