1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Supern8n's platform, workflow templates, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Supern8n provides a marketplace for workflow automation templates, professional automation services, and related tools built on the n8n.io platform. Our services include pre-built workflow templates, custom automation development, and professional consultation services.
3. User Accounts and Registration
When creating an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your password and all activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your contact information remains current
- Maintaining the security of your automation environments
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our platform for spam, phishing, or other abusive practices
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our workflows
5. Payment Terms
Payment for workflow templates and services is due upon purchase. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through trusted payment processors. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for defective products within 30 days of purchase.
User Agreement
Workflow Licensing
When you purchase a workflow template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflow in your business operations. You may modify the workflow to suit your needs but may not redistribute, resell, or share the original template with third parties.
Professional Services
Our professional services are provided under separate service agreements. These services include custom workflow development, automation consulting, and technical support. Service terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
Platform Dependencies
Our workflows are designed for the n8n.io platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own n8n instance and ensuring compatibility with workflow requirements. We are not responsible for issues arising from platform updates, third-party integrations, or infrastructure problems.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Supern8n platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our workflow templates represent our proprietary methodologies and expertise.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any data, content, or customizations you create using our workflows. By using our platform, you grant us permission to use feedback and suggestions for improving our services.
Third-Party Rights
We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us immediately.
Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Workflow Performance
Workflows are provided "as is" and their performance depends on various factors including your infrastructure, integrations, and usage patterns. We provide support but cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes.
Damages Limitation
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Supern8n is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If formal resolution is needed, we prefer mediation before pursuing legal action. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any disagreements.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
