I can't find my downloads after purchase
Log into your account and click on your profile icon in the top right. Select "My Downloads" from the menu. If you still don't see your purchases, check that you're logged into the correct account or contact support.
Workflow won't import into n8n
Ensure your n8n version meets the minimum requirements listed on the workflow page. Verify the .json file isn't corrupted by re-downloading. Try importing in incognito/private browsing mode to rule out browser extensions.
Getting "missing credentials" error
The workflow requires API credentials that you need to configure. Go to Credentials in n8n, add credentials for the required services, then return to your workflow and select the credentials in each node that needs them.
Workflow runs but produces no output
Check that the trigger is properly configured and activated. For manual triggers, ensure you're clicking the "Execute Workflow" button. For scheduled triggers, verify the schedule settings. Enable debug mode to see detailed execution logs.
Payment failed during checkout
Verify your card details are correct and the card has sufficient funds. Try a different payment method. Clear your browser cache and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our support team.
