How It Works
This workflow operates on a scheduled basis, automatically crawling Hacker News for trending GitHub projects. It intelligently filters for new, unposted content, preventing any duplicates. For each new project, the workflow visits the GitHub page to gather detailed information, which is then transformed into markdown. An advanced AI model (GPT-4o-mini) crafts engaging, brand-aligned posts tailored for both Twitter (X) and LinkedIn, adhering to strict tone, length, and content guidelines. Before final publication, the generated content is saved to an Airtable base and a Telegram notification is dispatched for an optional review. Following a brief waiting period, the posts are automatically published to the respective social media platforms, with Airtable updated to reflect their posted status.
