How It Works
The workflow initiates either manually or on a predefined schedule. First, you define the target company's Trustpilot ID and the desired number of review pages to scrape. The workflow then makes paginated HTTP requests to Trustpilot, retrieving the raw HTML content. A Code node efficiently parses this content, extracting structured review data using Cheerio. Each individual review is then processed and mapped to two distinct Google Sheets: one for general review tracking and another specifically formatted for import into HelpfulCrowd. This dual output provides flexibility for various data analysis and review management strategies.
