How It Works
The workflow initiates when you upload a PDF document through a secure n8n form. The text content is then extracted from the PDF, preparing it for AI processing. An advanced AI model (GPT-based via LangChain) analyzes the extracted text to generate a compelling, SEO-friendly title and a fully structured HTML blog post, complete with introduction, chapters, subheadings, and a conclusion. Simultaneously, a unique featured image is generated using Pollinations.ai based on the blog post's title, and also saved to imgbb.com. A draft post is then created in WordPress, integrating the AI-generated title, HTML content, and the newly created featured image. To maintain quality and brand voice, the generated content is sent via Gmail to a designated reviewer for human approval. Upon approval, the WordPress post is automatically published. Finally, relevant stakeholders receive multi-channel notifications via Gmail and Telegram, confirming the successful publication of the new blog post.
