How It Works
The workflow initiates by fetching your HubSpot owner details and then, for your specific owner, retrieves all associated client contacts. For each client, it first checks a Google Sheet for their LinkedIn profile URL. If missing, it attempts to find the profile using their name and company. Once a LinkedIn profile is identified, the workflow scrapes their latest public post and current job position. These are compared against records in the Google Sheet, and any new posts or position changes trigger an update to the sheet and a consolidated email alert sent to the respective HubSpot owner. This process is fully automated, handling API pagination and data synchronization seamlessly.
