How It Works
This workflow begins when a user sends a receipt (image or document) to a designated Telegram bot. The Get receipts from bot node captures the incoming message and any attached files. The receipt is then sent to Mindee via an HTTP Request node for AI-driven data extraction. Key details like merchant, amount, date, and category are extracted and organized by the Set relevant data node. This processed data is then appended as a new row in your specified Google Sheet. Finally, the workflow provides instant feedback, sending a confirmation message back to the user via Telegram and an optional SMS notification to a designated recipient via Twilio, summarizing the submitted expense.
