How It Works
The workflow is triggered hourly by a Schedule Trigger node, checking your Google Calendar for meetings within the next hour. For each identified meeting, an Information Extractor node (powered by OpenAI) meticulously parses the invite details to extract attendee contact information, including potential LinkedIn URLs. This workflow then leverages sub-workflows to conduct in-depth research for each attendee: one sub-workflow fetches and summarizes the last email correspondence using Gmail and an AI model, while another scrapes LinkedIn profiles via Apify (requiring your LinkedIn cookie) and uses AI to summarize recent activities. All collected insights are then aggregated, and a final AI Chat Model crafts a concise, personalized pre-meeting notification.
