How It Works
The workflow starts when a customer sends a message to the chatbot. An AI Agent, powered by OpenAI and n8n's LangChain integration, analyzes the incoming message, maintaining context with a memory buffer. Based on the customer's intent (e.g., asking for the menu, placing an order, checking status), the AI Agent intelligently selects and executes the appropriate tool. For menu inquiries, it uses the "Get Products" tool to fetch and display available items. To process new orders, it utilizes the "Order Product" tool, sending the order details to an external system. When a customer asks about their order, the "Get Order" tool retrieves and presents the latest status. The chatbot (Pizzaro) then responds to the customer, confirming actions or providing requested information, creating a seamless, automated customer service experience.
