How It Works
When a candidate submits their CV via the n8n form, the workflow immediately uploads the document to Google Drive for secure storage. Simultaneously, it extracts all relevant text from the PDF. This raw text is then processed by two distinct AI models: one for personal data (city, birthdate, telephone) and another for professional qualifications (education, job history, skills). These extracted details are then merged and summarized. An "HR Expert" AI evaluates the candidate's summary against a predefined job profile, generating a compatibility score and specific considerations. Finally, all collected information, including the AI's assessment, is appended as a new row in a designated Google Sheet, creating a comprehensive and searchable candidate database.
