Requirements

1. Google Sheet (KPI Source)

Must include columns:

  • Quarter
  • Revenue / ARR
  • Closed Deals Count

2. HubSpot CRM

  • Must have deal properties like dealname, amount, closedate, and dealstage.
  • Connected via HubSpot OAuth in n8n.

3. Gamma API Key

  • Required for presentation generation (X-API-KEY header).
  • Must have access to gamma.app API endpoint.

4. Google Drive Folder

  • A dedicated folder for uploading and storing generated pitch decks.
  • Folder ID required in the workflow node configuration.

5. Slack Workspace

  • Connected via OAuth2 in n8n for team notifications.
  • Channel ID or name must be specified for posting messages.
