Workflow Steps
- Detect New Lead in CRMThe workflow triggers automatically whenever a new lead is created in your CRM system.
- Fetch Full Lead DetailsIt retrieves the complete lead record, including key business fields like status, industry, description, and location, to give AI enough context.
- Mask Sensitive PIINames, email, phone, company, and city are replaced with secure tokens (e.g., __TOKEN_FIRSTNAME__), while the original values are stored separately for later use.
