How It Works

The workflow is triggered by new or updated company entries in your designated Google Sheet. It first checks if a company's domain is already provided. If not, it uses Apollo.io to search for the company's website and prompts for a human-in-the-loop verification via Slack to ensure accuracy before updating the sheet. Once company domains are confirmed, Apollo.io enriches full company profiles, and an AI model summarizes their core business, which is then written back to your 'Companies' sheet.

Next, the workflow efficiently batches company domains (up to 1,000 at a time) to query Apollo.io for senior decision-makers. The identified individuals' job titles are sent to an AI for department classification, and their basic contact details are added to your 'Contacts' sheet. To obtain email addresses and phone numbers, the workflow then performs a bulk enrichment for these contacts (10 at a time) via Apollo.io. Finally, it updates the 'Contacts' sheet with verified email addresses and other enriched data. A separate branch of the workflow runs weekly, retrieving all newly verified leads from your Google Sheet, calculating lead generation metrics, and sending a summary report to a specified Slack channel.
