How It Works
This workflow operates on a daily schedule to proactively manage your sales follow-ups:
- Every morning, a scheduled trigger scans your Google Calendar for sales meetings that concluded a few days prior.
- For each past meeting, the workflow queries Gmail to determine if any follow-up communication (sent or received) has occurred with the other attendees. Meetings without a subsequent email are identified as potential re-engagement opportunities.
- For these identified leads, an AI Agent meticulously analyzes the original meeting details (title, date, duration, attendees) to find and suggest suitable new meeting slots in your Google Calendar.
- A personalized message, complete with the AI-suggested meeting slots, is sent to your email for human approval. You have full control to accept a slot, propose an alternative in natural language, or decline the follow-up.
