How It Works

The workflow initiates when a customer interacts with the embedded chat widget on your website. The customer's encrypted email address is securely passed to the n8n workflow, where it's decrypted. An AI agent, powered by OpenAI and LangChain, processes the customer's query. If the query involves order information, the agent utilizes a dedicated WooCommerce tool within the workflow. This tool fetches the customer's orders, and if tracking data is available, it queries the DHL API for shipment status.
