How It Works
The workflow triggers on a defined schedule, typically every two days, to fetch all current HubSpot deals. It then filters these deals to identify any that are missing a hubspot_owner_id. For each unassigned deal, it retrieves associated contact and company information, including the company's country and number of employees. Using this data, the workflow first determines the deal's region (US, DE, or other) and then further assigns the deal to a specific sales representative based on the company's size within that region. Finally, it updates the HubSpot deal with the assigned owner. Deals that do not match any specified regional or size-based criteria are routed to a general fallback assignee.
