How It Works
This workflow manages a structured yet dynamic chat survey. When a user sends a message to your Telegram bot, the workflow initiates a session and handles commands like `/start` to begin the survey or `/next` to move to the subsequent question. Survey questions are pulled directly from a Google Sheet, ensuring easy content updates. User responses are captured, and a Text Classifier node determines if further follow-up questions are required to gather more detailed insights. If so, an AI Agent crafts and sends intelligent, context-aware follow-up questions. All responses and conversational turns are stored in Google Sheets for analysis. Redis is used to maintain the user's current survey state, tracking which question they are on and managing conversational memory to keep the AI agent focused on the relevant topic for each question.
