How It Works
The workflow begins when an RFP document is submitted via a secure webhook. First, the document is processed to extract its content, and key variables like document title and requester's email are set. A new Google Docs document is then created to serve as the draft RFP response, complete with initial metadata. Next, an advanced AI model (LangChain with OpenAI) analyzes the RFP content to accurately identify and extract all questions. Each extracted question is then individually sent to a pre-configured OpenAI Assistant, which uses your provided company knowledge to generate a precise answer. Both the question and the AI-generated answer are meticulously recorded in the Google Docs response document. Finally, once all questions have been answered and recorded, the workflow sends out completion notifications to the relevant team members via Gmail and Slack, including a link to the newly generated RFP response document.
