How It Works
This workflow is triggered when a new meeting transcript from Fireflies.ai becomes available via a webhook. It then fetches the comprehensive meeting content, including the title, participants, full transcript, and summary. An intelligent AI Agent, powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o and built with LangChain, meticulously analyzes this data. Based on its analysis and the context of the meeting (e.g., if it's related to a 'project'), it executes a series of automated actions.
Specifically, actionable tasks are created in your specified Airtable base, complete with name, detailed description, due date, priority, and associated project name. Meeting participants (excluding your own email address) automatically receive a personalized email via Gmail, containing the meeting summary and their specific action items. Furthermore, if the transcript indicates a follow-up call is necessary, a new Google Calendar event is automatically created, including attendees and a Google Meet link.
