How It Works
1. Scheduled Data Collection: The workflow is triggered every Monday at 6 AM, automatically connecting to your Microsoft Teams channel to fetch all messages and replies from the previous week. 2. User-Centric Grouping: A Code node processes the raw messages, intelligently grouping them by the originating user and associating replies with their parent messages for contextual understanding. 3. Individual Performance Analysis (AI): Each team member's grouped messages are fed into an OpenAI-powered LangChain agent. This agent generates a mini-report for each user, summarizing their activity, wins, challenges, and key contributions in an engaging tone. 4. Consolidated Team Report (AI): All individual reports are then aggregated and passed to a second OpenAI-powered LangChain agent. This agent creates a unified, team-wide weekly report, identifying overarching themes, connections between members, and preparing the team for the upcoming week. 5. Formatted & Published: The final report, generated in Markdown, is converted to HTML for rich formatting and then automatically posted as the first message of the week in your designated Microsoft Teams channel.
