This workflow enables the Marketing Department to quickly gather weekly insights on specific objectives or instructions by leveraging AI-powered search and validation. It is triggered whenever a form submission is received, making it flexible for use at any time to conduct research. The system ensures only valid, relevant, and up-to-date insights are delivered, saving time and ensuring decision-making is based on the most current data.
- Trigger (Form Submission): The process starts when a form is submitted containing an "assignment" (objective or instruction).
- Information Gathering: The workflow calls OpenAI GPT Search and Gemini AI Studio (with search tool enabled) to collect insights limited to the current week (based on today’s date).
- Evaluation (AI Agent): An AI Agent reviews the gathered data for validity, relevance, and freshness (this week only).
- Action (Email Sending):
- If validated, an email is composed with the processed insights and sent to the recipient(s).
- If invalid, irrelevant, or outdated, an email is sent informing the recipient that no up-to-date information is available.
