This workflow automatically summarizes incoming Gmail emails, generates a professional draft reply using GPT, and logs the interaction in Google Sheets. It also integrates Telegram for quick user approvals before drafting responses.
Workflow Steps
Gmail Trigger (New Email)
- Starts when a new email arrives in your Gmail inbox.
- Captures sender, subject, and body content.
AI Summarisation (OpenAI)
- Summarises the email into concise key points.
- Extracts main requests, tone, and important action items.
AI Reply Drafting (OpenAI)
- Generates a short, polite, professional draft reply.
- Ensures the reply maintains context and clear communication.
Log Interaction (Google Sheets)
- Appends email details, AI-generated summary, and reply into a Google Sheet.
- Stores timestamp, sender, subject, summary, and reply status.
Telegram Notification (Telegram Bot)
- Sends the email summary + suggested reply to the user via Telegram.
- Asks for approval (“Yes” to continue).
Approval Check (If Node + Telegram Trigger)
- If approved → move forward to draft creation.
- If rejected → stop workflow, log as “Not approved”.
Create Draft Reply (Gmail)
- Generates a Gmail draft with the AI-generated response.
