1. Trigger Every 6 Months
- Runs automatically twice a year.
- Starts the workflow on January 1st and July 1st at 10:00 AM.
2. Set Due Date
- Captures today’s date.
- Calculates the review due date (14 days later).
3. Get Department Manager Email (Google Sheets)
- Reads the department manager’s details from the HR checklist Google Sheet.
- Extracts manager name and email address.
4. Distribute Review Form Through Email (Gmail)
- Sends a personalized email to each manager.
- Includes:
- Review form link
- Manager’s name
- Review due date
- HR contact information
5. Set Status as Pending (Google Sheets)
- Updates the HR checklist with:
- Review Assigned Date (today)
- Review Due Date (14 days later)
- Review Status set to Pending
6. Activate Performance Review Checking Workflow (n8n)
- Activates a follow-up workflow that monitors review completion.
- Ensures tracking continues after forms are distributed.
