How It Works

The workflow is activated by a customer interacting with an embedded chat widget on your website. Their encrypted email address is securely transmitted to the n8n workflow for processing.

Initially, the encrypted customer email is decrypted and validated. If the email is missing or invalid, the workflow returns an appropriate message to maintain data integrity.

Next, the customer's WooCommerce ID is retrieved using their verified email address via the WooCommerce API. Should no customer be found, the workflow gracefully handles this scenario by informing the user.

With the WooCommerce customer ID, the workflow proceeds to fetch all relevant orders. It then intelligently extracts any associated DHL tracking information from these orders.

For each order that includes tracking data, a direct call is made to the DHL API to obtain the latest shipping status. The workflow includes robust error handling for instances where tracking data is unavailable.

Finally, all collected order and tracking details are consolidated and presented to the AI Agent. The agent then leverages this information to formulate a natural language response, delivering accurate and personalized support through the chat interface.
