- Trigger & Query Validation: The workflow initiates with a research query, either manually or via another workflow. An initial validation step ensures the query is properly formatted.
- AI-Powered Query Refinement: An OpenAI-powered LangChain agent refines the initial query and generates five additional, focused search queries to ensure a broad and deep research scope.
- Comprehensive Research Execution: A dedicated AI Research Agent (using OpenAI and LangChain) leverages multiple external tools to gather information: Google Search Web for general inquiries, NewsAPI for recent articles, Wikipedia for foundational knowledge, and SerpAPI (Google Scholar) for academic insights.
- Data Aggregation & Structuring: All gathered research data is parsed, cleaned, and aggregated into a rich, structured JSON format, covering introduction, summary, key findings, news highlights, scholarly insights, Wikipedia summary, and a list of source URLs.
