How It Works

This workflow initiates by concurrently retrieving all active users from your Zammad instance and all designated contacts from your Microsoft Entra environment via the Graph API. It then intelligently compares these two datasets to identify discrepancies. New contacts found in Entra that do not exist in Zammad are automatically created as new Zammad users. Existing Zammad users whose contact details have been updated in Entra are similarly updated to reflect the latest information. Finally, Zammad users who are no longer found or active in the Entra contact list are automatically deactivated in Zammad, ensuring your help desk user base remains current, accurate, and secure with minimal manual intervention.
