How It Works

This workflow starts by monitoring your Gmail inbox for new emails. It first filters out internal communications and existing reply threads to focus on fresh external inquiries. The email's subject and body are then sent to a LangChain Text Classifier, powered by Google Gemini, which intelligently determines the inquiry's category. Based on this classification, one of three pre-configured email templates (for Guest Posts, YouTube Videos, or Udemy Courses) is sent back to the sender. Finally, the original email is marked as read, a specific label is applied in Gmail, and the sender's details are automatically added or updated in your Brevo CRM, streamlining your outreach and lead nurturing process.
