How It Works

1. Candidate Application: Applicants submit their details and CV through an n8n-generated web form. 2. Data Storage & CV Upload: The workflow saves applicant information to Airtable and uploads the CV to Google Drive. 3. AI CV Scoring: The uploaded CV is extracted, and an AI agent (powered by OpenAI and Airtable for job descriptions) compares it against the role's requirements, generating a compatibility score and a brief rationale. 4. Automatic Shortlisting/Rejection: Based on a predefined score threshold (e.g., >= 0.7), the candidate is either marked as "Interviewing" or "No hire" in Airtable. 5. Dynamic Questionnaire (for shortlisted candidates): AI generates specific interview questions based on the candidate's profile and the job description. These questions are presented to the candidate via another n8n form. 6. Responses & Email Personalization: Candidate responses are captured in Airtable, and AI then crafts a personalized email invitation for a phone interview, highlighting their strengths. 7. Interview Scheduling & Communication: The personalized email is sent, and the workflow uses AI to find an available slot in the interviewer's Google Calendar and books the phone interview. 8. Prepare Screening Questions: Finally, AI generates tailored screening questions for the phone interview, which are then updated in Airtable for the hiring manager's use.
