Workflow Steps

  1. Receive Shopify Cancellation EventThe workflow starts when Shopify sends a cancellation webhook for an order.
  2. Extract and Standardize Order DataThe system restructures the complex Shopify payload into a clean, consistent format, including order details, customer info, product list, timestamps and refund data.
  3. Clean and Validate Contact InformationPhone numbers are cleaned, normalized, and converted into valid WhatsApp formats using country rules.
  4. Log All Cancellation Details in Google SheetsA new row is added with order number, cancellation reason, customer info, country, WhatsApp validity, and total price.
