Description
This automation workflow streamlines the student application validation and enrollment process using Google Sheets, OpenAI, and automated email notifications. Every day at 7 AM, the workflow runs automatically to:
- Retrieve new applicant records from the Applicant Google Sheet.
- Validate the applicant’s Program Interest against the Course Availability Sheet using the OpenAI model.
- If a course slot is available, store the student’s data in the Student Database and send a confirmation email.
- If the course is not available, send a Change Course Request email and update the applicant’s status accordingly.
This ensures a smooth, efficient, and accurate admission process with minimal manual effort.
