How It Works
The workflow initiates with a simple form submission, triggering an Apollo.io search for leads based on your specified criteria. These raw leads are then added to a master Google Sheet, where a series of automated, parallel processes begin. LinkedIn usernames are extracted, email addresses are retrieved from Apollo.io and validated for deliverability, and comprehensive profile and recent post summaries are generated using AI (via RapidAPI or an Apify alternative for flexibility). Any failed enrichment tasks are automatically re-queued for a retry via monthly scheduled triggers. Finally, once a lead is fully enriched, its complete profile is appended to a separate 'Enriched Leads Database' Google Sheet, ready for your sales and marketing teams.
