How It Works

1. **Applicant Submission:** Candidates apply through a custom n8n form, providing their details and uploading their CV (PDF format). 2. **Data Capture & Storage:** The workflow immediately records applicant details in Airtable and securely uploads their CV to Google Drive, providing a link in Airtable. 3. **AI-Powered CV Evaluation:** The system downloads the CV, extracts its text, and sends it to an AI agent. The AI compares the CV against the job description (fetched from Airtable) and provides a qualification score (0-1) with a brief reason. 4. **Shortlisting Decision:** An 'If' node evaluates the AI score. If the score meets a predefined threshold (e.g., >= 0.7), the candidate is marked as 'Interviewing' in Airtable; otherwise, they are marked as 'No hire'. 5. **Dynamic Questionnaire Generation:** For shortlisted candidates, the AI generates 5 insightful interview questions tailored to their CV and the job description. These questions are presented through a new n8n form. 6. **Questionnaire Responses & Update:** Candidates complete the dynamic questionnaire, and their responses are automatically stored in their Airtable record. 7. **Personalized Outreach:** The AI crafts a personalized email to the shortlisted candidate, highlighting their strengths and inviting them to a phone interview. 8. **Automated Interview Scheduling:** The system schedules a 30-minute phone interview in Google Calendar, considering the interviewer's availability, and updates the meeting time in Airtable. 9. **Generate Screening Questions:** The AI generates a comprehensive set of screening questions for the interviewer, based on the candidate's CV, job description, and questionnaire responses, which are then updated in Airtable for the interviewer's reference.
