How to Download Workflows

After purchasing workflows from Supern8n, accessing your downloads is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through finding and downloading your workflows.

Accessing Your Downloads

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

  1. Click the Log In button in the top navigation
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

Step 2: Navigate to My Downloads

Once logged in:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select My Downloads from the dropdown menu
  3. You'll see a list of all your purchased workflows and bundles

Downloading Workflow Files

Individual Workflows

  1. Find the workflow you want to download in your list
  2. Click the Download button next to the workflow name
  3. A .json file will download to your computer
  4. Save this file in a location you can easily find (e.g., Downloads folder)

Bundle Workflows

If you purchased a bundle:

  1. Click on the bundle name to expand it
  2. You'll see all workflows included in the bundle
  3. Download each workflow individually, or use the Download All button
  4. Each workflow is a separate .json file

Download Tips

Can I Download Multiple Times?

Yes! You can download your purchased workflows as many times as you need. There are no download limits.

File Organization

We recommend creating a dedicated folder for your Supern8n workflows:

~/Documents/
  n8n-workflows/
    supern8n/
      hr-workflows/
      sales-workflows/
      marketing-workflows/

This makes it easier to find and import workflows into n8n.

What's in the Download?

Each download is a standard n8n workflow file in JSON format (.json). This file contains:

  • All workflow nodes and their configurations
  • Connections between nodes
  • Workflow settings and metadata
  • Node descriptions and comments

Note: The file does NOT include your API credentials or sensitive data. You'll need to configure these after importing.

Troubleshooting Download Issues

I Don't See My Purchase

If a workflow isn't appearing in My Downloads:

  1. Check you're logged into the correct account - Verify the email address
  2. Allow time for processing - Free workflows appear immediately, paid purchases may take 1-2 minutes
  3. Check your email - Look for a purchase confirmation with download link
  4. Clear your browser cache - Sometimes cached data can cause display issues

Download Button Doesn't Work

If clicking Download doesn't start the file download:

  1. Try a different browser - Test in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  2. Disable browser extensions - Ad blockers can sometimes interfere
  3. Check pop-up settings - Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked for Supern8n
  4. Right-click the button - Select "Save Link As" to force download

File Won't Open or Is Corrupted

If the downloaded file appears damaged:

  1. Re-download the file - The download may have been interrupted
  2. Check the file extension - Ensure it's .json, not .json.txt
  3. Don't open in a text editor - Import directly into n8n
  4. Verify file size - Compare with the size shown on the download page
